Store and Product Description

MTGNitroProxies operates MTGNitroProxies as a custom/playtest card printing storefront. Products are made to order and are sold as unofficial custom or playtest game pieces, not as authentic collectible trading cards.

Magic: The Gathering and related card names may be referenced descriptively so customers can identify the game pieces they want to test. MTGNitroProxies is not represented as affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.

Orders and Customer Review

Customers are responsible for reviewing card names, quantities, selected artwork and custom uploads before checkout. An order may be declined, paused or cancelled if content cannot be fulfilled, is under rights review or violates the site's content rules.

Pricing, shipping and taxes shown at checkout control the order. Production begins only after the order reaches the applicable paid/fulfillment-ready state.

Uploaded Artwork License

When you upload artwork or another image to MTGNitroProxies, you represent and warrant that you own the image or otherwise have sufficient rights and authority to upload it and to grant the license described below. You may not upload material if you do not have that authority.

By submitting an image and accepting the upload license, you grant MTGNitroProxies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, continuing license to host, store, copy, reproduce, display in the website's artwork catalog, crop, resize, color-correct or otherwise make technical production adjustments, print, distribute and reuse the uploaded image for custom or playtest card orders, including future orders placed by other customers.

This license also permits MTGNitroProxies to provide or sublicense the uploaded image to printing, hosting, storage, payment, shipping and fulfillment service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the service and fulfill orders.

You retain whatever ownership rights you hold in the uploaded image. The license granted to MTGNitroProxies is non-exclusive, so you may continue to use or license the image elsewhere. The license survives completion, cancellation or refund of the order that originally included the upload.

If you later request that an image no longer be offered for future orders, MTGNitroProxies may remove it from future catalog availability at its discretion or where legally required. Removal does not affect orders already accepted, in production or completed, archival/audit records, backups or copies that must be retained for legal, security or accounting purposes.

If a third party claims that an uploaded image infringes their rights, MTGNitroProxies may block or remove the image, cancel affected orders and preserve information reasonably necessary to respond to the claim.

Custom and Playtest Product Disclosure

Products sold through this storefront are custom or playtest cards and are not represented as authentic, official or tournament-legal Magic: The Gathering cards. The default card back is intentionally different from an official card back and includes the statement “PROXY · PLAYTEST ONLY.”

Uploader Responsibility

The uploader is responsible for ensuring that the material they submit does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights. Accepting these terms does not create rights that the uploader does not already possess.

Prohibited Content and Rights Review

Do not submit content that you do not have authority to use, content that is unlawful or content intended to deceive another person into believing an unofficial product is authentic. MTGNitroProxies may place artwork under review, block an asset, remove catalog availability or cancel an affected order while a rights or policy question is investigated.

Printing and Fulfillment

Orders may be produced and shipped by third-party printing and fulfillment providers. Technical adjustments such as resizing, cropping, bleed handling or color conversion may be required for manufacturing. Production times and carrier delivery times may vary.

Refunds, Privacy and IP Complaints

The current custom-order and refund rules are described in the Custom Order Policy. Personal information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. A rights holder can report disputed content through the IP complaint workflow.
