Information we collect

MTGNitroProxies may collect information you provide when building or purchasing an order, including your email address, order contents, artwork selections, custom image uploads and related rights/license attestations. Shipping and payment information may be collected or processed by our payment and fulfillment providers.

For custom uploads, the service may retain the upload filename, file hash, image dimensions, timestamp, license version, acceptance time and, when audit metadata is enabled, the IP address and browser user-agent associated with acceptance.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the storefront, calculate and process orders, review artwork, produce fulfillment files, provide customer support, investigate IP complaints, prevent abuse, maintain audit records and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Information may be shared with payment processors, hosting/storage providers, printing and fulfillment vendors, shipping providers and other service providers only as needed to operate the service. The current build is designed to use Stripe and PayPal for payment, email providers for order confirmations and owner fulfillment packets, and a third-party print fulfillment provider for production.

Uploaded artwork

Uploaded images are handled under the Uploaded Artwork License in the Terms. Unapproved uploads are not intended for public catalog display. Approved artwork may be offered for future orders under the license granted by the uploader.

Retention and requests

Order, accounting, fraud-prevention and license records may be retained as reasonably necessary for business, legal and audit purposes. Requests concerning personal information can be sent to support@example.com. Retention periods and jurisdiction-specific rights should be finalized with counsel before launch.
